Dear Grand Ledge School Employees, The following Grand Ledge high school art students have been selected to show their artwork in the MSUFCU Art Exhibit. They are as follows: Sydney Bahs, Jenna Conn, Madison Dachtler, Savanna Graham, Abigail Foltz, Kylie Hieler, Margaret Mullins, Sisco Sanchez-Castillo, and Gracia Ruark. Please congratulate the students when you have them in your classes. MSUFCU Art Exhibit runs Friday, Jan. 29, 2016 through Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016. You may view and vote online for our student artwork at www.msufcuart.com or at MSUFCU headquarters, on face book (msufcuart) and twitter (@MSUFCUArt). Artwork can be viewed during normal branch hours, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday; and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, at MSUFCU Headquarters 3777 West Road, East Lansing, MI 48823. Students from 15 participating high schools will showcase pieces of artwork. Your votes help determine the People’s Choice Awards (cash awards) for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Our students have been awarded these in the past. A School Spirit Award is given to the high school that draws the most votes. We have won the School Spirit Award twice before. Also, two students were honored having their artwork chosen for the regional 2015 Scholastic Arts Contest. Sydney Bahs was awarded an honorable mention for her drawing, and Sophia Ruark was awarded an honorable mention for her painting and for her jewelry. Thank you in advance for supporting our talented students. Sincerely,
